Fred Ruzindana previously worked with the US Embassy in Kigali as HR Specialist for eight years, Private Sector Federation (PSF) as Head of Human Resources for two years, and Rwanda Social Security Board (RSSB) as Senior Human Resources Officer for six years. He has professional HR experience in performance management, policy formulation, talent acquisition and management, position classification, etc. Fred holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the National University of Rwanda and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Hanze University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands.
