Biography
Eustochie Sezibera is the Regional Director for CorpsAfrica, a role she has held since 2025. Prior to this appointment, she served as the CorpsAfrica/Rwanda Country Director.
Before joining CorpsAfrica, Eustochie was the Country Director for FHI 360 in Rwanda, where she led a USAID-funded project from 2017 until its completion in May 2018. This was her second tenure with FHI 360; in 2008, she directed another USAID project implemented by the Academy for Educational Development, which later merged with FHI 360 in 2011. Earlier in her career, she also managed a World Bank–funded initiative focused on using ICT for development.
Eustochie is actively involved in several social organizations, where she holds leadership roles and volunteers her time, particularly in fundraising efforts to support vulnerable groups. She is deeply committed to youth leadership, participatory community development, impact evaluation, transparency, and accountability.
Known for her strong leadership, negotiation, and diplomatic skills, Eustochie has a proven track record of guiding programs from inception to successful implementation.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science and Statistics from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a Master of Arts in Communication Management from the Kigali Institute of Science and Technology (KIST) and the United Kingdom Telecommunications Academy (UKTA).
