Biography

Grâce Dominique Soro is a committed young woman from Daloa, in Côte d’Ivoire. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Law and is passionate about community development, civic engagement, and social transformation through concrete action. For several years, she has been actively involved in volunteer work, convinced that change begins when one chooses to serve.

Her journey has been shaped by her involvement in community initiatives, notably with U-Report Daloa, where she contributed to organizing awareness, mobilization, and youth support activities. She has also taken part in various events dedicated to children, education, and solidarity, including activities marking World Children’s Day and other social initiatives within her community.

Through her experiences, she has developed strong skills in leadership, communication, and activity management, including serving as a master of ceremonies at institutional and community events. Her commitment also extends to the digital sphere and the promotion of open knowledge through her work as a Wikimedian.

She firmly believes that every young person deserves opportunity, attentive support, and an environment that fosters growth. Her ambition is to continue serving, learning, and contributing to initiatives that strengthen community empowerment, particularly for youth and women.

For her, volunteering is not simply a commitment—it is a life mission.
