A 29 years old Aphendule Simanyiwe Titi is a highly motivated and purpose-driven professional with a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree, specialising in Criminology and Psychology, from Walter Sisulu University (2021). She brings a diverse background in administration, education support, customer service, sales, and client relationship management, complemented by strong interpersonal and organisational skills.

Throughout her professional experience, Aphendule has demonstrated the ability to manage administrative processes, maintain accurate and confidential records, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, support learners and educational staff, manage client accounts, monitor sales activities, and contribute to efficient workplace operations. She is proficient in Microsoft Office and possesses strong communication, teamwork, analytical, conflict-management and time-management abilities.
