Biography

Nthabeleng Angel Tsotetsi was born and raised in Villiers, Free State. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of North West at the age of 20, becoming the youngest in her class and the youngest in her Cohort (G2). She is very passionate about understanding human behaviour and the promotion of the community’s well-being.

Her background in Psychology has equipped her with strong interpersonal, active listening, emotional intelligence, communication and problem-solving skills and qualities that she continuously applies daily in her role as a CorpsAfrica Volunteer. She has seen how internal division hinders development, but she also recognises the strength that emerges when communities unite to address the issues collectively. These moments continue to inspire her belief in the power of collaboration.

She believes that real change begins with understanding people’s lived experiences, and she is committed to combining her psychological insight with community engagement to create a meaningful and lasting impact. She lives by the principle that true development starts when communities are given the tools and trust to lead their own growth.
