Biography

Elia Corazzin Turkson is a dedicated and passionate food and nutrition specialist with a degree in Food and Nutrition Education from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. Her tenure as choir president equipped her with strong communication and team leadership skills.

She also gained valuable customer service, advertising, and inventory management experience as a sales manager. Her role as an Administrative Assistant at the Institute for Educational Planning and Administration (UCC) further honed her organizational skills, while her internships as a food and nutrition teacher and nutrition assistant broadened her expertise in nutrition instruction and support.

Elia is a driven and enthusiastic professional committed to using her skills and experience to promote healthy living and nutrition education within her community and beyond. She has a strong desire to give back and make a meaningful impact.
