Her professional journey includes working as a Front Office Agent at Sainte Famille Hotels (2023–2024), where she refined her skills in hotel operations and was honored as the department’s Best Employee of the Year. From September 2024 to July 2025, Bella served as a CorpsAfrica/Rwanda Volunteer in Musanze District. Guided by Human-Centered Design (HCD) and Asset-Based Community-Led Development (ABCD) approaches, she implemented initiatives that addressed pressing issues such as unemployment, malnutrition, hygiene, and sanitation. During her service, she mobilized community members into purposeful saving groups, enabling them to collectively acquire livestock including chickens, pigs, goats, sheep, and rabbits, as well as essential household equipment such as saucepans, baskets, a water tank, food containers, and other items that improved daily living.

She further enhanced community well-being by developing a nutritious kitchen garden project that benefited one hundred households, initiated Irish potato farming to boost agricultural productivity, and raised funds for community health insurance, ensuring families could access essential healthcare. In addition, she launched a nursery bed project that produced over 5,000 avocado seedlings, promoting both income generation and environmental sustainability. Through these initiatives, Bella strengthened livelihoods and inspired resilience, leaving a lasting impact on the communities she served.
