Biography

Florence Umuhoza was born and raised in Rwanda and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Rwanda, Huye Campus. She is a trained CorpsAfrica Volunteer, dedicated to working with community members to Facilitate self-development using local resources and existing capacities.

She focuses on supporting vulnerable people living below the poverty line by promoting mindset change, encouraging small income generating activities, and improving access to capital, with the aim of supporting at least thirty community members to improve their living standards. Outside her community work, Florence enjoys playing volleyball, spending time with friends, staying positive, and sharing meaningful conversations.
