Floride Uwiragiye holds a Bachelor’s degree in Monetary Economics obtained in 2022 from the University of Rwanda, Huye campus and she attended high school at FAWE Girls School Gahini in Kayonza District where she did Mathematics, Economics, and Geography. She is Fawe Rwanda and a MasterCard Foundation Alumni. Floride is self- self-motivated, ambitious, committed, and passionate girl. She believes that small changes can bring bigger impacts in the community and she believes that she was born to serve not to be served. Floride had a set of trainings that included STEM, Digital commerce and Business development, soft skills, Urugerero, Emergency Disaster management first aid, personal safety and security, and Robotics. Floride attended the same conference including the Women Deliver Conference 2023 which takes place in Rwanda and she served as a Volunteer at the conference. She did a professional internship provided by RALGA in Partnership with UN Women in Gisagara district in the unit of Business Development and Employment promotion. Joining CorpsAfrica Volunteer is an opportunity to give back to the community. She is very excited and ready to serve the community and she believes that everyone has something to contribute to community-led development.
