Biography

Uwisanzе Ange Diane is a development practitioner from Rwanda with a strong background in agricultural economics and community-led development. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Rwanda and has completed a Master’s degree in International Development Studies at the University of Lay Adventists of Kigali.

Prior to Joining CorpsAfrica, Ange has experience in agrifinance, youth empowerment, and entrepreneurship development. She previously worked as an Agri-finance Credit Officer, supporting smallholder farmers especially women in rural areas to access financial services and improve their livelihoods at BRAC Microfinance. She also served as a Digital Champion and Business Coach, training young entrepreneurs in digital and business skills at DOT.

As a CorpsAfrica Volunteer, Ange worked closely with rural communities in Huye District, facilitating community-driven projects and supporting youth to establish income-generating activities. Currently serving as a Volunteer Liaison, she supports and coordinates volunteers across multiple sites, strengthening collaboration between communities and development actors.

Ange is passionate about sustainable development, economic inclusion, and empowering youth to create dignified employment opportunities in their communities.
