Biography

Solange Uwizeye holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Networking from the University of Lay Adventist of Kigali (UNILAK). With a strong foundation in tech and leadership, she has served as a branch manager in a telecommunications company for three years, where she developed a deep understanding of organisational management, customer service, and team coordination.

Solange is especially enthusiastic about leveraging technology to improve the lives of underserved populations. Her unique background in IT allows her to introduce innovative solutions to local challenges, while her leadership experience ensures efficient and compassionate in project implementation.

She is driven by a vision of a more connected and empowered Rwanda where youth, especially girls, have access to education, digital tools and the opportunity to thrive.
Solange is excited to continue her journey of impact and discovery, as she believes that meaningful development comes from listening, learning and working hand in hand with the community she serves.
