Biography
Fatimah Stephie Yunusu holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from the Malawi University of Business and Applied Sciences. With a solid foundation in public relations, she gained valuable practical experience as a Public Relations Intern at the Southern Region Water Board (Zomba Head Office), where she honed her skills in stakeholder engagement and corporate communication.
Currently, Fatimah serves as the Treasurer for Let’s Support Them Youth Organization, a community-driven initiative focused on empowering young people and creating sustainable change. Her passion for addressing pressing global issues such as poverty, hunger, and environmental conservation drives her dedication to making a difference. Fatimah is deeply committed to learning from diverse people, places, and the everyday challenges that shape our world. She believes in the power of collaboration, empathy, and action to create meaningful social impact.
Excited to serve as a CorpsAfrica Volunteer, Fatimah is eager to contribute her skills, energy, and passion toward sustainable community development. Her goal is to not only support but also learn from the vibrant communities she will engage with, working to create tangible change through collaboration and shared understanding.
