Project Overview

The Community Sewing Centre is a skills development and empowerment project designed to equip unemployed youth and women with sewing, tailoring, creative upcycling and entrepreneurship skills. The project will establish a community sewing centre with machines, materials and training resources. The project will directly benefit 10 community members, particularly unemployed youth, adults and low-income households. Its expected impact includes improved entrepreneurial skills, increased self-employment opportunities, sustainable income generation, and stronger economic participation among women and youth.
