Join us for a CorpsAfrica Alumni Webinar featuring Rose Kimu, Regional Engagement Manager for EMEA at the Global Mentorship Initiative (GMI), to learn more about mentorship opportunities that support career growth and the transition from education to employment.

Rose will introduce GMI’s mentorship program and share insights into how mentorship can help students and recent graduates build professional skills, expand their networks, and navigate their career journeys. She will also discuss the growing engagement of CorpsAfrica students with the GMI program. Since May, 75 additional students have applied, bringing the total number of applicants to 111. To date, 9 students have completed the mentorship program, while 31 students are currently matched and participating.

As a 2024 GMI program graduate herself, Rose brings personal experience and professional expertise to the conversation. She is passionate about expanding access to mentorship and helping young professionals successfully transition from education to employment and build thriving careers.
