Community Garden Water Access Expansion

Project Year 2025

Details

Project Budget:
153,900 CFA

Project Budget (USD):
USD $267

Project Overview

This project will install three new water basins in the Galoya Foulbé women’s community garden to improve irrigation efficiency. Currently, the lack of nearby water sources makes farming time-consuming and physically demanding. By reducing the time and effort needed for water collection, the project will boost agricultural productivity, support women’s economic empowerment, and directly benefit 110 community members through increased food production and improved livelihoods.
