The project proposes establishing a community soap-production and marketing unit, supported by a women-led management committee. The initiative aims to sustainably increase women’s incomes while producing at least 300 soaps per month and strengthening participants’ skills in production, quality control, management and marketing.

At least 55 women would gain access to a more consistent income-generating activity that is less dependent on agricultural seasons, while the community gains a locally managed soap enterprise. The project plans to reinvest profits in inputs and progressively expand production.
