Duguna Kercheche Secondary and Preparatory Schools are addressing overcrowding and student dropout—particularly among girls—by building four new classrooms using local materials and community labor. The project is guided by Human-Centered Design and Community-Led Development principles to ensure sustainability and community ownership.
